Even though the impacts of Myopia (short-sightedness) can be avoided with early detection, most parents aren’t proactive enough with checking their kids’ eyesight. And if that continues, projections show that half the world will be impacted by 2050.

These days, kids spend their lives in front of a lens. Every parent has a camera roll filled with pictures of their children at birthdays, holidays, school days, and everything in between. So much so that camera rolls have become the most comprehensive biometric record of a child’s growth. What if we could scan these for the early signs of Myopia?
